On May 19, 2020, Beth Herbel-EisenmannRob OchsendorfLaura O'Dwyer, and Alan Stockdale led online discussion about the implications of COVID-19 on DRK-12 research, including approaches to adapting your current projects and designing new studies that respond to the limitations and opportunities we are currently experiencing due to the coronavirus pandemic. Paritcipants asked questions and shared their ideas related to redesigning their research (while still addressing your goals and original questions), IRB issues such as security and risk, stopping and restarting research, and more.

Revised RTOP Rubric

The INSPIRES project revised the RTOP rubric for use in engineering classrooms. The RTOP rubric was original developed for assessing lesson design and implementation, content-propositional knowledge, procedural knowledge, classroom culture, and student-teacher relationships.
